Consultation fees

Up-to-date consultation fees will be provided to you upon request.

If you were to receive any additional treatments during your consultation, this will be an extra charge on top of the appointment fee.

Private medical insurance

We are recognised by the following private medical insurance companies: BUPA, AXA, Aviva, Vitality, WPA, Healix, Cigna International, Bupa Global.

If you are covered by medical insurance, please contact your provider in advance to ensure they will cover you.

Please note that you are responsible for any fees not covered by your insurer. Even if someone else is paying your bill or you have private medical insurance, you are responsible for paying any charges which they do not pay.

Self-funding patients

For self-funding patients, the full consultation fee will need to be paid 48 hours prior to being seen by Pure Rheumatology London. This payment is required to secure your booking.

Failure to make this payment will mean that your appointment will be cancelled. Payments will need to be made via telephone call to 020 7126 7264.

Cancellation policy

Any cancellations made 24 hours in advance will not be charged and any payments made will be refunded.

Please be aware that cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment will be charged £125 for new patient appointments and £75 for follow up appointments.
